The fair is a true transition into the future of cooking! I was amazed by the variety and quality of the dishes presented. Each one was a true work of art and the use of 3D printing made them incredibly unique. Through this event, I not only enjoyed great flavors, but also saw how advanced technology is changing the landscape of cooking.
